1. Using Clair Mind

You may use Clair Mind only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

2. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you create and store in Clair Mind. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving Clair Mind, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Clair Mind, including by attempting to interfere with the normal operation of the service, accessing systems without authorization, or using the product for unlawful or harmful activities.

4. Subscriptions, payments, and fair use

Clair Mind is free to use, with an optional paid subscription — Clair Mind Pro — that unlocks additional features such as voice capture and a higher AI allowance. Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.

AI features are subject to fair and reasonable use. To keep the service sustainable and available to everyone, we may apply usage limits, rate limits, or fair-use thresholds to AI features — including for Clair Mind Pro — and we may change the underlying AI models, features, and limits over time. These measures are intended to prevent abuse and to keep the service reliable for all users.

5. Intellectual property

Clair Mind, including its design, branding, and underlying software, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights in and to the service.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Clair Mind is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of Clair Mind.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of Clair Mind after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
